Youtube says that I need to install flash player 9 but I cant install it? - cant install moschip 9835 pci in vista

He also says that, not me the other videos on my computer because they need the Flash Player 9, but when I try to install it, it just there and does nothing. I uninstalled, but still the custom install again. Ideas?
