    it should not ... until it runs ... do not know, not that they visit. I have a license in Maine and I live in North Carolina ... I've never been asked such a thing ... , unless Florida has different laws .. You should search the Internet on the website of the State of Florida.

    Yes, it is all 50 states recognize each other licenses as well as 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada as well.
